Delivery Information

Delivery occurs when the buyer or their representative has taken possession of the item (game or software serial code).

All our products are delivered digitally in the form of a product key. Most product keys are delivered automatically and can be retrieved immediately after purchase. How to find your code:

Go to “My Account” by clicking on the top right corner of the webpage: “Hello, [your name]”.
Click on “Orders”. Find the correct order ID and click “SHOW” on the far right under the “ACTIONS” heading.
Below the total amount on the order page, you will find the product keys for each product you have purchased.

IF YOU CANNOT FIND THE PRODUCT KEY:

If the product key is not listed on the order page, it will be automatically sent to you via email within one hour of purchase (Monday to Sunday from 09:00 to 23:00).

If you have not received the product key after two hours, please contact us.

Right of Refund Policy

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium if the delivery has begun with the consumer’s express consent, and the consumer acknowledges that, by doing so, the right of withdrawal is lost. At FASTKEYSHOP.COM, however, we strive to offer a better customer experience and therefore provide a 14-day return policy in accordance with Section 34 of the right of withdrawal. This requires that the product code has not been redeemed.

Refunded orders will be paid back to the same payment card used for the transaction within 10 business days after our support team has initiated the refund process. If you wish to return and refund a product, please contact us.
